Using the App Offline

Immerse is designed to work even when you don’t have an internet connection. This allows you to continue accessing and using key features while offline.

To make sure everything works smoothly, your data must be synced to the cloud before you go offline. When your device is connected to the internet, Immerse automatically uploads your most recent changes and downloads any updates. Once syncing is complete, that information is stored locally on your device and available for offline use.

While offline, any changes you make will be saved on your device. The next time you reconnect to the internet, Immerse will automatically sync those updates to the cloud, keeping your data up to date across devices.

For the best experience, we recommend opening the app and allowing it to fully sync before disconnecting from the internet.

Please note that anytime Wi-Fi and/or cellular data is turned on, Immerse will attempt to use the internet. This can cause problems if the internet is spotty or unreliable. In this case, it is best to turn off wifi and cellular data while using the app.
